    As a health care professional who went back to study some sports nutrition modules post graduate this was indeed an observation I had. Sample size is often just too small in sports science to draw any meaningful conclusions, even with a favourable P Value. In medicine we would describe such data as warranting further investigation but would be very careful about applying outcomes from such small studies to individuals. Its refreshing to see this described so well in this series of informatics, thank you. When I made comment during my Masters modules to this ends it was not met with friendly consideration 😀
