    The total volume of 3 x 7 series of 30s work & 15sec rest (W:R) is it right?

    In Ronnestad paper 2014 paper the total HIIT duration was 9.5min.

    As it is in the info-graphic above, the total volume is 5 minutes.
    Do i miss something?
